Weltkrieges Teil 80: Gerhard Johann Josef Burg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der Soldat Gerhard Johann Josef Burg wurde am 20.12.1912 in <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trier-Euren\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Euren<\/a> geboren, einem Stadtteil von <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trier<\/a>, im heutigen Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz. Er war Priester aus der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wei%C3%9Fe_V%C3%A4ter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Missionsgesellschaft der Wei\u00dfen V\u00e4ter<\/a>. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg diente er als Sanit\u00e4tsunteroffizier in der deutschen Wehrmacht. Am 11.09.1943 wurde er in Komar bei Woroschilowsk (heutiger Name: <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Altschewsk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Altschewsk<\/a>) n\u00f6rdlich von Kuban in der heutigen Ukraine get\u00f6tet.
